1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are applicable only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 3 days of purchase or delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (original invoice/bill) is required to initiate a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been used, installed, or physically damaged after delivery are not eligible for refund.
  • Custom-ordered or specially requested items are non-refundable unless defective.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed through the original mode of payment or as store credit.
  • The refund process may take up to 7 working days after receiving the returned product.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified.
